Quizbot Academic is an AI-powered educational platform designed for school students (Classes 6–12) studying under CBSE and ICSE boards in India. The Service provides:
The Service is intended for students primarily under 18 years of age. A parent or legal guardian must create an account, provide consent, and supervise usage. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
We comply with applicable Indian data-protection regulations. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@quizbot.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
Quizbot Academic offers a free tier and a paid "Elite" subscription. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

All content on the Service—including AI-generated quizzes, explanations, UI designs, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of Quizbot.in or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Quiz content is AI-generated and should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal education.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quizbot.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
